The Charles Bridge with Old Town Bridge Tower

Charles Bridge down the river

Quarter: Charles Bridge Theme: Bridges

I almost forgot to show you this special picture of the Charles Bridge. Why is it so special? Because it was taken from left bank of Vltava River down the bridge with sun on Charles Bridge’s left side if you face to Prague Old Town. And you can shoot see it only in the longest days during the summer.

You can compare it with more common picture of the Charles Bridge taken from Kampa Garden and with the most famous view of the bridge with Prague Castle taken from Novotneho Lavka.

In the rear you see Square of the Knights of the Cross with Baroque Church of St. Francis, Clementinum and Old Town Bridge Tower.
